The coaching sessions with Isis gave me some unique insights in my functioning as a professional: understanding better my drivers, values, bottleneck and the most optimal work environment for me to operate. The sessions were tailored to my needs, practical and supportive. At the end of the sessions, I was able to make a “CV” with my strengths and functioning. And Isis has simply an enjoyable and engaging personality. For all who want to get a better grip on their career path and performance.

I had the opportunity to work with Isis for almost 2 years at CMAST. When I was working as a senior project mgr, she acted as my people manager. Isis is very good at active listening and she always looks at a situation from different angles. This improved both my leadership and listening skills. Isis has a result driven mindset, but she will never lose sight of the people who in the end are responsible for the results. In my role as cluster lead, Isis supported and empowered me in sometimes difficult circumstances. Good communication and transparency are key, and this is what Isis will apply in each situation. At CMAST, I had the chance to take on an additional role as coach. Isis led the coach team and guided me through this new role. With regard to talent management, Isis her role in implementing a new tool, establishing of an overall framework and coaching the coaches was instrumental. For me as a professional it was an enormous enrichment to have had the chance to collaborate with Isis. Hopefully, our paths will cross again!
