Our TRiBR approach allows ambitious business leaders and organizations to achieve impactful results more quickly and more cost-effectively than what the organisation would typically be able to achieve on its own.
In a world of virtual reality and artificial intelligence, we call this Augmented Performance.
Our approach revolves around the professional talent and expertise of senior executive team leaders, whom we call Tribers. Tribers work in residence with you and your team on specific innovation or transformation projects that need acceleration. Embedded in your organization for the duration of the project, leading and working with your people, Tribers will help you achieve your desired business results fast and efficiently.
Tribers are experienced executives specialized in putting together and leading highly effective project-specific teams. Team members are selected or recruited by the Triber who acts as the team coach, ensuring that the team has the skills and tools necessary for achieving their goals. Once the results have been delivered, Tribers move on to the next project.
TRiBR is unlike any other consultative approach in that it combines three key leadership practices in one single approach:
Tribers are hired directly by an executive sponsor who is responsible for executing the company strategy. Tribers report to the executive sponsor but have full responsibility for the composition and success of the project team in achieving the agreed results. The Triber remains in alignment with the executive sponsor throughout the entirety of the project. As studies have shown, this is a critical factor for effective transformations. (read more here)
Tribers work ‘in residence’ within the organization. They translate the company strategy into small, adaptive multidisciplinary team(s). Each team member is carefully selected by the Triber who throughout the project works as both project lead and an active member of the executive leadership team.
As a leader of the implementation team, the Triber is also responsible for the team’s decision-making and problem-solving capacity to drive the speed of execution. This approach ensures constant transparency and alignment (through the Triber) between executive and operational levels in the organization. Tribers acts as a team coach, focused on both getting results and developing and coaching the teams and organizations they work for. The Triber’s goal is to align individual professional talent with the needs of the project. This increases the likelihood of the project’s success and helps prepare team members and organizations for projects further down the road. (read more here)
Once the project is completed, Tribers move on to their next assignment.
